In line with the organizational activities of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), the PPG in Applied Physics together with the Postgraduate Dean's Office (PRPPG) and Institutional Planning and Development (PROPLAN), developed a strategic plan as a way to consolidate and expand research activities in the beginning of the four-year period; in addition to institutionally strengthening the research groups associated with the program's areas of concentration and promoting their integration with others within the institution. From the point of view of efficiency in the management of the program, the structuring measures consist of the semiannual monitoring of the goals outlined for strategic planning. Therefore, at the end of each semester, the evolution of the data analyzed by the CAPES collection will be presented, with the preparation of a semi-annual monitoring report.
